Biography
DeReall Moore is a research attorney in Jackson Walker’s Fort Worth office with experience representing clients in a variety of dispute resolution matters, including SEC investigations, fiduciary duty disputes, FINRA compliance issues, contract litigation, appellate litigation, financial litigation, patent litigation, product litigation, and insurance coverage disputes.
DeReall regularly works with clients across a spectrum of industries, most notably the energy, finance, and insurance industries.
In his corporate work, DeReall serves as a counselor to clients in corporate governance matters, as well as structuring consumer finance policies, negotiating commercial financial formations, advising on corporate structural agreements, and government compliance and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, DeReall served as in-house counsel for a multilateral development bank, as well as a national insurance and financial services conglomerate. Immediately upon completing law school, DeReall clerked for the Hon. Lavenski R. Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, now Chief Judge of the Court.
