Biography
Gabriela “Gaby” Rawlings is an associate in the Real Estate & Land Use sections of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. She represents developers, property owners, and non-profit organizations in a variety of matters concerning real estate, including the development, redevelopment, purchase, sale, zoning, and permitting of property for all potential uses. Gaby’s experience includes drafting and negotiating deed restrictions, development agreements, easement agreements, leases, and governance systems for mixed-use or condominium projects.
Previously in her career, Gaby primarily represented clients in complex commercial cases involving a wide range of disputes including real estate and construction disputes, breach of contract claims, and employment disputes.
