Biography
Greg Lambert serves as Chief Innovation Officer at Jackson Walker, where he leads the firm’s efforts to enhance service delivery through next-generation technologies such as generative AI, automation, and data-driven solutions. He works closely with practice groups and administrative departments to identify opportunities for innovation, manage pilot programs, and oversee the rollout of new legal technologies firmwide.
Since joining Jackson Walker in 2012, Greg led the Firm’s library, research, conflicts, and knowledge services teams, enabling attorneys to harness cutting-edge information resources.
With a background in computer programming, a law degree, and two decades of librarian and information services experience, Greg’s career spans various facets of the legal industry, including academic institutions, state courts, and law firms. Notably, he led the Oklahoma Supreme Court’s initiative to provide free and open access to all court decisions and managed the reconstruction of the University of Houston’s Law Library after Tropical Storm Allison.
A well-connected figure in the legal technology space, Greg co-founded 3 Geeks and a Law Blog and The Geek in Review Podcast, where he engages with other leaders in the legal tech field. His contributions to the industry are highlighted by his tenure as President and Executive Board member of the American Association of Law Librarians (2017-2019) and his status as a Fellow at the College of Law Practice Management.
