Biography
Jack Sayler is an attorney in the finance practice of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Jack regularly assists the group with the review of title and survey documents, drafting of memoranda and client alerts, reporting on the nuances of OFAC provisions in commercial lease agreements, and Delaware dissolution laws. He is also tapped to perform independent analysis on corporate documents and draft loan documents. Jack was a Summer Associate at Jackson Walker in 2017 and 2018.
While in law school, Jack was involved in Vanderbilt’s Moot Court Competition, where he advocated for both respondents and petitioners in mock Supreme Court oral arguments, and researched and co-authored extensive briefs for multi-issue cases. He went on to serve as a corporate finance teaching assistant, a role in which he acted as a student mentor and grading assistant.
