Biography
Jackie Wheeler Davis is a wealth planning attorney in Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. Her practice serves clients with matters pertaining to wealth planning, estate and trust administration, and tax exempt organizations. While at Jackson Walker, Jackie has worked on a wide range of individual and family wealth planning settings where she focuses on developing customized, efficient solutions for the various issues that her clients face. Her experience ranges from planning for the disposition of small simple estates to planning for management and disposition of complex estates including the drafting and implementation of family limited liability entities, management trusts, and other taxable and nontaxable gift transactions. In the tax exempt area, Jackie has worked with public charities and private foundations in issues involving establishment, qualification, governance and administration.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Jackie spent time practicing in the areas of fiduciary and commercial litigation in the Dallas area.
