Jean Phillips is a litigation associate practicing in Jackson Walker’s eminent domain group. Jean is experienced in drafting pleadings and pre-trial motions as well as advocating for her clients in pre-trial hearings, special commissioners’ hearings, and arbitration proceedings.
Jean’s knowledge and comfort in the courtroom stems from her time serving as a legal intern for the Honorable Patrick Higginbotham of United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and for the Honorable Henry Bemporad of the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
