Biography
Justin Stone helps clients protect their assets, minimize their tax exposure, and transfer their wealth to family, friends, and charities. He also represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries with a range of probate, trust, and estate administration needs.
Justin began his career at an international law firm, concentrating on corporate matters, including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and governance matters. He leverages his experience with entrepreneurs to understand the issues that business owners face and to identify wealth preservation opportunities.
He earned his J.D., with academic honors, from The University of Texas School of Law, where he was a teaching assistant and received the Dean’s Achievement Award and Pro Bono Honors.
