Biography
Kate Young is an associate in Jackson Walker’s Real Estate Section. Kate’s practice includes the representation of sellers and purchasers in the acquisition, disposition and development of improved and unimproved property. As part of this practice, she has experience reviewing title and survey for various real estate development projects as well as preparing purchase and sale documents, easement agreements, and access agreements.
Kate’s practice also includes an emphasis on the real estate aspect of wind and solar transactions. She has represented energy lenders and investors in analyzing and curing title and survey issues, drafting land control documents, and assisting in other transactional matters related to project development.
