Kimberly Gdula works with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small business and trusts to resolve disputes effectively and efficiently. As an experienced trial attorney, Kimberly has appeared in state and federal courts in Texas on behalf of her clients. While Kimberly is proud of her courtroom experience, she is just as proud of the many instances where she was able to obtain a good outcome for her clients long before trial.
Kimberly represents clients in a wide array of areas, including contract and business disputes, fiduciary litigation, real estate disputes, insurance defense, federal anti-trust and False Claims Act litigation, and personal injury cases. Kimberly also has an active healthcare practice representing hospitals, providers, and insurers in contract disputes and malpractice actions.
