Larissa A. Garcia
Larissa Garcia is an associate in the Litigation section of Jackson Walker’s Austin office. Larissa has experience handling a variety of commercial litigation matters including general business disputes, media law matters, breach of contract claims, commercial lease disputes, and business tort actions involving negligence, fraud, and breach of fiduciary duty. Larissa also has experience representing clients in JAMS and AAA arbitrations.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Larissa served as a policy analyst for Senator Juan Hinojosa where she advised the senator on policy relating to finance, criminal justice, and public education. While at UT Law, Larissa was Research Editor of The Review of Litigation, a mentor for 1L students through UT Law’s society program, and served as a student attorney in the capital punishment clinic where she gained experience representing indigent clients at the trial, appellate, and post-conviction stages of litigation.
Larissa was a summer associate at Jackson Walker in 2016 and 2017.
