Biography
Lauren Ceckowski is an attorney in the litigation practice of Jackson Walker’s Dallas office. She was a summer associate at the Firm in 2019.
Lauren previously served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jane J. Boyle in the Northern District of Texas. Prior to law school, she completed a study abroad program through the KTH Royal Institute of Technology Stockholm Summer Arctic Program to explore issues related to human settlement and exploration, effects of climate change, resource extraction, environmental conservation, historical and industrial heritage management, and international governance in the Arctic region.
While at the University of Illinois College of Law, Lauren worked for the Illinois Innocence Project to review and evaluate cases of actual innocence and assisted in the fact investigation and legal pursuit of those claims. She was also a teaching assistant for the Criminal Procedure course.
