Biography
Leah Sanchez assists clients in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions throughout the state of Texas and nationwide. Leah regularly represents real estate developers, real estate investment funds, and national retailers in all aspects of real estate acquisition and disposition, including retail and office projects, mixed use developments, multi-family residential projects, industrial facilities, and unimproved land.
Leah also regularly represents tenants and landlords on retail leasing transactions, and has particular experience representing a publicly-traded national retailer expanding into the fast-growing Texas market.
In all aspects of her work, Leah coordinates each step of the transaction with a keen eye on the business implications for her clients by addressing client needs and offering legal guidance and solutions.
