Biography
Lisa A. Peterson is a partner in the Corporate & Securities section of Jackson Walker’s Fort Worth and Dallas offices. Lisa’s practice focuses on a broad range of transactional and corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, investments in private equity, venture capital, hedge funds and real estate funds; direct investments in operating entities; formation of complex joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability companies and strategic alliances; and corporate governance matters.
She has more than 35 years of experience counseling corporate clients and private investors, including family offices, as well as clients investing in traditional asset classes, including real estate and entities in the health care, technology, energy and aerospace sectors.
Lisa joined Jackson Walker from a global law firm, where she concentrated on transactional and corporate matters and served on the firm-wide Retirement Committee, in addition to chairing the Dallas Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council.
