Paisley Park

Biography

Paisley Park is an attorney in the Corporate & Securities group of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. Paisley assists clients in various business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, private offerings, and startup counseling.

Prior to Jackson Walker, Paisley practiced at one of Big Four accounting firms providing tax services focusing on taxation of partnership, transactional tax planning, and tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. She is also experienced representing individuals and corporations in civil litigation. During law school, Paisley has served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Noelle Collins for the Eastern District of Missouri, an extern at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, a judicial intern at the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, and a legal fellow at the People’s Law Library of Maryland State Law Library.
