Biography
Paxton T. Moore is a litigator in Jackson Walkerā€™s San Antonio office. He represents clients in complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. His experience spans a broad range of matters, including trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenant enforcement, business litigation, construction disputes, securities litigation, and employment-related claims.
Paxton has managed all phases of litigation, from early case assessment and pleadings through discovery, dispositive motion practice, trial preparation, trial, and appeal. He regularly drafts and argues substantive motions, takes and defends depositions of fact and expert witnesses, and prepares clients for testimony in high-stakes proceedings.
