Biography
Pete Hyndman is a transactional attorney focused on corporate matters. With nearly a decade of experience, Pete is able to anticipate and analyze the needs of his clients from the onset. His efficient and tailored approach enables him to provide solutions that help clients achieve their strategic goals while minimizing downside risk. Pete possesses a strong familiarity with all phases of the life cycle of businesses of all sizes, from formation to exit. He has extensive experience representing closely held and private equity clients in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing private mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and debt and equity security offerings. His knowledge and client base spans industries, including energy, healthcare, and technology.
Pete routinely advises clients on the strategic and legal implications of internal entity governance and structuring, significant business transactions and contracts, and legal compliance.
