Biography
Rachel Neumann focuses her practice on estate and trust administration and planning, probate, and related business transactions.
Prior to entering private practice, Rachel clerked for Chief Justice Nathan B. Coats of the Colorado Supreme Court. During law school, she worked for the Department of Justice’s Environment & Natural Resources Division and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado. She also interned for Chief Judge Timothy M. Tymkovich of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to law school, Rachel worked in corporate communications and marketing for nonprofits, publicly held corporations, and private equity- and venture-backed companies and startups.

Rachel’s wealth planning practice experience includes:
- Creating, implementing, and modifying estate plans; preparing wills, testamentary and inter vivos trusts (including revocable and irrevocable grantor and non-grantor trusts), partition agreements, and ancillary documents
- Assisting fiduciaries with trust administration tasks, including the drafting and recording of deeds, successor trustee appointments, and other instruments
