Biography
Rony Kishinevsky is a transactional attorney in the Corporate & Securities section of Jackson Walker and a member of its Mergers & Acquisitions, Fund Formation and Private Equity groups. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private fund formations, joint ventures and private placements of debt and equity securities.
Additionally, Rony represents private companies, investment fund sponsors and investor groups in a broad range of engagements, including entity structuring and formation, alternative assets investments and general corporate governance, securities and transactional matters. Rony is fluent in Russian.
