Ryan M. Rieger
Ryan M. Rieger is a transactional attorney in the Real Estate practice group at Jackson Walker. Since coming to Jackson Walker, he has assisted clients with acquisitions and dispositions of property, office and retail leases for both landlords and tenants, and commercial real estate lending. Ryan has experience representing financial institutions and real estate investment companies in transactions across Texas and the United States. His practice includes drafting and negotiating contracts and other documents, conducting legal research and performing due diligence relating to various aspects of a real estate deal.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Ryan served as a Law Clerk for Justice Phil Johnson on the Supreme Court of Texas. He is a military veteran with over nine years of service, including a combat tour in Afghanistan. Ryan was a member of the Corps of Cadets, Company D-2 at Texas A&M University and received a military commission upon graduation. In addition, Ryan was a member of the Texas A&M Student Government Association, president of the Cadet Leadership Council, and a member of the Fish Drill Team.
During law school he was an editorial board member of the Texas Journal of Business Law and earned a Pro Bono Honors Certificate for completing more than 50 hours of law related community service. Ryan also completed a Transactional Practice Certificate Program focused on Real Estate law.
