Biography
Selby Rains focuses on representing individuals, families, and fiduciaries in estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, succession planning for closely held businesses, entity formations, and wealth preservation. By working closely with wealth, insurance, and tax professionals to deliver comprehensive guidance and an array of legal solutions to meet each client’s specific needs, she advises clients regarding efficient wealth transfer and asset protection strategies that range from foundational death and incapacity planning for clients with smaller estates to sophisticated legal matters surrounding taxation and liability exposure for high-net-worth individuals and families.
