Biography
Stefanie Toppel is an attorney in the Real Estate section of Jackson Walker’s Fort Worth office, with a practice focusing on real estate transactional matters. Stefanie has extensive experience in assisting purchasers and sellers in the acquisition, disposition, and development of improved and unimproved property, as well as representing landlords and tenants in retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and ground lease matters.
Stefanie’s practice also includes an emphasis on analyzing and curing title and survey issues, reviewing zoning matters and preparing purchase and sale agreements with supporting documents, assignment agreements, easement agreements, and estoppels.
Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Stefanie practiced with the real estate group of a Dallas-area law firm. She also previously served as Senior Associate Counsel with ClubCorp, where she handled a variety of real estate matters pertaining to private golf and country clubs, city clubs, and resorts.
