Biography
Tim Dominguez is an associate in the Finance & Banking practice of Jackson Walker’s Houston office. He offers experience representing financial institutions on issues regarding consumer and commercial regulatory compliance, transactional strategies, and litigation.
Prior to Jackson Walker, Tim served as in-house counsel for a major state-based organization advising financial institutions on consumer and commercial regulatory compliance and best practices. In addition, Tim drafted educational resources and presentations related to banking regulation and the fundamentals of regulatory compliance.
During his time in law school, Tim interned for Dallas County Probate Court Judge Brenda Hull Thompson researching legal issues related to probate matters including; administration of estates, trust litigation, and guardianship proceedings. Additionally, he served as a legal intern for a large Texas-chartered financial institution assisting corporate counsel with drafting and reviewing commercial loan documents, security agreements, business association agreements, and commercial real estate lease and purchase agreements.
