Amanda Crouch Elected Vice President of the Defense Counsel of San Antonio for 2015

Jackson Walker associate Amanda Crouch was recently elected as Vice President of the Defense Counsel of San Antonio (DCSA) for 2015.

Amanda previously served as DCSA Co-Membership Chair and also co-chaired the organization’s “Salsa With Candidates” event, which provided members, as well as the public, an opportunity to meet with local judicial members and candidates prior to the November election.

Formed in 1992, the Defense Counsel of San Antonio aims to promote people for the bench in San Antonio who the Counsel determines will be fair, exhibit judicial restraint, and uphold the laws of the State of Texas and the Constitution of the United States.

Amanda Crouch has developed experience in a wide range of litigation matters, including particular experience in commercial litigation, creditor representation, oil and gas litigation, and defense of personal injury claims. She emphasizes efficiency in her practice and is frequently able to obtain a cost-effective resolution that fully achieves the client’s business goals. Prior to joining Jackson Walker, Ms. Crouch interned for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Western District of Texas and for Justice Phil Johnson of the Texas Supreme Court. She received her B.S., with high honors, from the University of Texas and her J.D., cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law.
