Brad Nitschke Moderates Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce Legislative Summit

Jackson Walker attorney Brad Nitschke will moderate the Oak Cliff Chamber of Commerce’s annual legislative summit on October 9, 2014, at the historic Texas Theatre in Dallas.

“A Preview of Plans for the 2015 Legislative Session” will provide information on the upcoming legislative session with a panel discussion among members of the Texas House who represent Oak Cliff. Panelists include State Representatives Rafael Anchia (District 103), Toni Rose (District 110), and Helen Giddings (District 109).

Mr. Nitschke is an associate in Jackson Walker’s Litigation and Construction sections. In his litigation practice, Mr. Nitschke helps his clients pursue disputes to an efficient and effective resolution, whether resolution means a victory after trial on the merits, a successful pre-litigation negotiation, or an adaptive solution somewhere in between. Mr. Nitschke also works on a team of Jackson Walker lawyers who provide outside general counsel services. In this role, he counsels clients in preemptive strategies to avoid unwanted litigation when possible and to lay the groundwork for future litigation when necessary. In his construction practice, Mr. Nitschke has represented clients in construction defect and payment dispute litigation and in pre-litigation disputes involving construction and design defects. He received his B.A., magna cum laude, in Psychology from Texas A&M University – College Station and his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
