During the 30th Annual Labor and Employment Law Institute, Jackson Walker associate David Schlottman will participate in a discussion on the latest developments in the arbitration of employment disputes. Presented by the State Bar of Texas Labor & Employment Law Section, the Labor and Employment Law Institute also features discussions on federal and state law updates; evidentiary issues and pitfalls related to social media; sexual orientation and the workplace; TROs and non-competes; Texas jury instructions; jury selection and trial tips in EEOC litigation; essential and nonessential terms in settlement agreements; and 30(b)(6) depositions. The course is worth 10.75 hours of MCLE credit and also includes a reception, breakfast, lunch, and digital course materials.

Meet David

David Schlottman is an adviser and litigator who focuses on complex cases involving employees, the workplace, and related business disputes. He has wide-ranging experience in helping clients with business problems and lawsuits involving wage-and-hour issues, employee competition, theft of trade secrets, contract claims, compensation disputes, employment discrimination and retaliation, and union-related disputes.
