Jackson Walker successfully represented San Antonio-based AirStrip in its acquisition of the assets of Sense4Baby, Inc. The transaction was announced on March 27, 2014.

AirStrip is a leading provider of mobile technology to the healthcare industry. Sense4Baby is the developer of a fetal/maternal monitoring system to perform non-stress testing for high-risk pregnancies. As part of the deal, AirStrip has licensed the associated technology from the Gary and Mary West Health Institute, where the monitoring system was originally researched.
