Molecular Rebar Design is based in Austin, with research laboratories and a market development plant dedicated to the development and commercialization of individual clean carbon nanotubes trademarked as Molecular Rebar®. These materials dramatically improve the transport, physical and electro-magnetic properties of materials for use in batteries, capacitors, coatings, rubber parts, medicines and a host of other products.

Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, SABIC ranks among the world’s top petrochemical companies. The Saudi Arabian Government owns 70 percent of SABIC shares with the remaining 30 percent held by private investors in Saudi Arabia and other Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

Molecular Rebar Design was represented by a Jackson Walker team led by Mike Meskill and including Raman Dewan, Ron Kerridge, and Cale McDowell.
