Jackson Walker partner Jeff Harvey was recently named to the San Antonio Business Journal‘s 2014 Outstanding Lawyer list.

The award recognizes local attorneys who are making a difference and who are serving as an example and as an inspiration to others in the legal industry.

Mr. Harvey and the other winners will be honored at a luncheon reception on November 20 in San Antonio. A special publication featuring profiles of the lawyers will be published in the November 21 issue of the San Antonio Business Journal.

Jeffrey T. Harvey litigates civil disputes and has developed significant experience in personal injury defense cases, issues involving non-subscribers to workers’ compensation, and oil and gas related litigation. Mr. Harvey also routinely handles matters involving landowner/production company disputes, employer liability/employee injuries, premises liability, general negligence, products liability, insurance coverage disputes, bad faith, subrogation, property damage, breach of contract, DTPA, construction disputes, and municipal liability. His practice involves disposition of cases through jury trial and arbitration. Mr. Harvey is also a certified mediator. He received his B.A., with distinction, from Hastings College and his J.D., cum laude, from Creighton University School of Law.
