John Jansonius Speaks at UT Law’s Labor & Employment Law Conference

Jackson Walker partner John Jansonius spoke at UT Law CLE’s 24th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference addressing new developments under the National Labor Relations Act. The discussion covered the Supreme Court’s pending cases concerning enforceability of class and collective action waivers in arbitration agreements and the District of Columbia’s pending case concerning the joint employer doctrine. The discussion also looked ahead to appointments to fill vacancies among the 5 members of the National Labor Relations Board and the anticipated reexamination of several cases decided by the NLRB during the Obama administration affecting union and non-union workplaces. Jansonius has 36 years’ experience in labor and employment law.
