Lionel Schooler Speaks on Latest Developments in Arbitration at State Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution Section’s Annual All Day Seminar

Schooler gave a presentation titled, “Latest Developments in Arbitration,” to the State Bar of Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Section’s Annual All Day Seminar on January 27, 2017. His presentation occurred in conjunction with the organization’s Annual Meeting which was held at the State Bar Center in Austin.  The section’s annual Seminar attracts a wide-ranging group of ADR professionals from around the state of Texas, including this year’s President-Elect, Mr. Tom Vick.  The seminar featured other cutting edge programs on topics of interest to the ADR Community on mediation and arbitration.

The State Bar ADR Section is comprised of over 1,200 members and serves as a resource for attorneys to promote alternative dispute resolution in legal matters.  Lionel currently serves as Chair of the section, and has previously served as an officer and council member for the four previous years. He also contributes articles to the ADR Section Blog.  Lionel is a past recipient of the prestigious Justice Frank Evans Award which recognizes outstanding contributions in alternative dispute resolution.
