Patty Tomasco Speaks on Intellectual Property Issues in Bankruptcy

Bankruptcy attorney Patricia B. Tomasco presented “Intellectual Property Issues in Bankruptcy and the Exclusion of Trademark Licenses from the Definition of Intellectual Property.”

Patty is a partner in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring, & Recovery practice at Jackson Walker. With more than 25 years’ experience resolving corporate insolvency problems, Patty focuses on workouts, distressed acquisitions and corporate restructuring, and debtor and creditor representation in Chapter 11 cases, as well as litigation related to collateralized debt securitizations. Patty frequently represents telecommunications and high tech clients in both reorganizations and litigation. She received her B.A. from Rice University and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law.
