Patty Tomasco Speaks on Valuation of Intellectual Property

Patty spoke on “Valuation of Intellectual Property (and Beyond),” a discussion about how intellectual property is valued in business, litigation, and bankruptcy.

Patty’s practice consists of corporate reorganization and fiduciary litigation, where she focuses on workouts, reorganizations, distressed acquisitions, and debtor and creditor representation in Chapter 11 cases as well as litigation related to fiduciary roles in both corporate and securitization entities. She also has experience in telecommunications-related reorganizations and litigation. Patty is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She served on the Exam Commission for the Texas Board of Legal Specialization from 2007 through 2011. Patty has been named a “Super Lawyer” (2005-2014) and a “Bankruptcy & Creditor/Debtor Rights Super Lawyer” (2009-2010, 2012) by Thomson Reuters.
