This Texas litigation guide is organized in question-and-answer format and provides a comprehensive resource on current issues in litigation for general counsel, government agencies, and private attorneys around the world.

Retta Miller has practiced civil litigation for over 30 years. Having served as lead counsel in trials and arbitrations, she has developed considerable experience representing clients in a vast range of industries, including financial institutions, insurance companies and retail brokerage firms. About Devanshi Somaya

Devanshi Somaya is a litigation attorney who represents clients in cases involving breach of contract, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and copyright infringement. Before joining Jackson Walker, she served as an extern for Justice Lang-Miers of the 5th Court of Appeals as well as a legal research, writing and advocacy teaching assistant at the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
