BTI Lists Jackson Walker in Report on Firms with the Best Collaboration

August 15, 2017 | Spotlight

Jackson Walker has been listed among firms with Leading Collaboration in a new report by BTI Consulting Group. The report lists law firms which, based on data from BTI’s survey of top legal decision makers, show collaborative skills that stand apart. According to BTI, clients classify collaborative law firms as those whose attorneys “show deep understanding of client needs across the team, are up to speed on all the issues whenever an attorney joins the team, and are all focused on the same overriding objective.”

At Jackson Walker, collaboration is encouraged through several mechanisms. The firm’s project management style relies on accurate scoping at the start of each matter. This enables attorneys to anticipate challenges and identify opportunities to bring in attorneys from other practice groups when appropriate.

Collaboration is also product of Jackson Walker’s relationship-focused approach. The firm’s overall congenial culture facilitates the free flow of information between partners, associates, and staff. Many clients have a long history with the firm, which enables the firm to continually provide individualized, goal oriented service.

Jackson Walker is regularly recognized for its client service, and has been named a Client Service All A-Team by BTI for each of the past three years. For more information, visit Jackson Walker’s Honors & Recognition page.
