BTI Consulting Group (BTI) has named Jackson Walker partner Jeff Harvey a 2017 Client Service All-Star. This distinction is particularly notable as no attorney or firm can nominate themselves or pay to be named to the list. Nominations are made by corporate counsel, and therefore only clients choose and decide who is honored. Jeff was nominated by a major power company and is one of two San Antonio attorneys to be named to the list.
BTI is an independent research organization that studies how clients acquire, manage and evaluate their professional service providers. In December, the organization recognized Jackson Walker in its 2017 BTI Client Service A-Team list, which ranks corporate law firms based on the quality of client service they provide.
