Defending Microsoft’s Intellectual Property in the Western District of Texas

Jackson Walker’s Intellectual Property Litigation group is a powerful team of IP attorneys and trial lawyers who combine proven successful trial strategies, skillful advocacy, and appropriate staffing. We appreciate the opportunity to present our experience to Microsoft, and look forward to discussing how Jackson Walker can assist you in the Western District of Texas.

Our Intellectual Property Experience

We approach every case with the recognition that it may very well be tried before a jury, and we prepare accordingly. We are no strangers to, and in fact relish, the courtroom.

We have defended all types of intellectual property matters in federal and state courts across the United States, from California to Delaware, and from Illinois to Texas. Among other jurisdictions, we have significant patent litigation experience in federal courts of the Western and Eastern Districts of Texas, two of the country’s most active forums for patent disputes. We have successfully represented numerous clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

We assist our clients in all stages of intellectual property conflicts and resolution of the conflict, from pre-litigation analysis and communications through final verdict and, if necessary, appeal.

Our Experience Before Judge Albright

Since 2017, Jackson Walker attorneys have had 30 cases before Judge Alan Albright, and our team has represented the defendants in more than 80 percent of these cases.
