David Curcio Speaks on Social Media's Legal Implications

Mr. Curcio's practice focuses on defending financial institutions in consumer litigation, including state and federal statutory and common law claims. He has successfully defended banks against consumer class action attorneys and state attorneys general. He has over 20 years' experience in commercial litigation. In addition to defending lender liability matters, he has litigated insurance coverage matters and large commercial contract cases. He also has substantial class action, arbitration, and appellate experience. Mr. Curcio received his B.A. degree from Rice University. He attended law school at the University of Oregon and then the University of Texas, from which he received his J.D. degree. |
