Jackson Walker partner Stephanie Chandler was quoted in the August 10, 2012, edition of San Antonio Business Journal.

Ms. Chandler was interviewed for the publication's article, "Eagle Ford Growth Prompting a Rush Of Securities Offerings." She spoke on the large amount of investment deals locally that focused on activity in the Eagle Ford, noting that businesses need capital to sustain this growth, and many are turning to securities offerings.

"These companies have to service their customers and they can't always wait to be paid by the large contractors," Ms. Chandler said. "They need cash now to staff up and to get them over that hump."
