Jackson Walker L.L.P. represented Zachry Nuclear Engineering Inc. in its recent purchase of nuclear software engineering company Numerical Applications Inc.

The acquisition of Numerical Applications, which has offices in Richland, Wash., and Cary, N.C., will expand Zachry's reach and complement its service offerings. Zachry Nuclear Engineering is a subsidiary of San Antonio-based Zachry Holdings Inc., a privately held company that provides engineering, construction, and maintenance services for a variety of industrial facilities. Numerical Applications provides engineering software, analysis and support.

Zachry was represented by Jackson Walker attorney Patrick Tobin, with assistance from Stephanie Chandler, and Jesse Lotay.
