BiographyWith more than 30 years of trial experience, John A. Koepke focuses on representing a variety of businesses — as well as representing insurers and employers — in employment, trade secret, intellectual property, and other types of labor law litigation.
He has a business litigation-oriented practice for a wide variety of clients, in diverse segments and settings, including Fortune 100 corporations, privately held companies, and health care facilities. He has successfully handled virtually every type of case in the fields of:
His trial practice includes arbitrations, administrative proceedings, class actions, state and federal court jury trials. He has first chaired more than 30 jury trials in his career, obtaining jury verdicts in his clients favor in rural counties and major metropolitan areas in Texas and across the Midwest.
Mr. Koepke is an active member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Bar of Missouri. He is a member of the labor and employment law sections as well as the litigation sections of these bars. He is also a member of the bar associations of the Fifth and Eighth Federal Circuits.

Mr. Koepke has appeared as an author and lecturer at various educational seminars and workshops for private and public employers including programs sponsored by the National Business Institute, editing and lecturing for two years on Trial Techniques in Texas.
