Biography

Andrew Solomon is an associate in the corporate & securities section at Jackson Walker. His practice includes assisting clients in private and public securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance issues.

Mr. Solomon also advises investors in alternative investment vehicles, including the review and negotiation of investment documentation and side letters.

While in law school, Mr. Solomon was an intern at the Texas Supreme Court for Justice Harriet O'Neill. He also worked full-time as a legislative assistant for Senator Kevin P. Eltife during the 82nd legislative session.
