Biography
Adrian Allen is an experienced corporate attorney with a strong focus on representing buyers and sellers in complex mergers and acquisitions transactions. He advises business owners, private equity portfolio companies, and strategic sellers on all aspects of M&A, from deal structuring through closing. Adrianâs practice also includes buy-side M&A transactions, particularly in connection with roll-up acquisitions and strategic consolidations.
With broad experience in sectors such as healthcare, technology, food and beverage, hospitality, manufacturing, and real estate, Adrian brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every transaction. Adrian takes pride in his ability to manage high-stakes transactions efficiently, communicate clearly with all stakeholders, and anticipate potential issues before they become roadblocks.
In addition to his M&A work, Adrian advises clients on joint ventures, startup ventures, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and general outside counsel matters. He also works with developers and investors to structure joint ventures and investment vehicles for real estate acquisitions and projects in the office, multifamily, and hospitality sectors.
