Mike Laussade is a partner in the firm's Corporate and Securities group, and represents both public and private issuers in all phases of capital raising and securities compliance. Mr. Laussade also counsels advisers to private investment funds regarding fund formation and compliance issues, and represents purchasers and sellers in a wide range of M&A transactions. Mr. Laussade has significant experience advising officers, directors, and shareholders with respect to corporate governance issues under both Texas and Delaware law, and is a frequent speaker on corporate and securities law topics.
While in law school, Mr. Laussade served as the Editor in Chief of the Texas Law Review.
