Jackson Walker client Digital Turbine, Inc. (Nasdaq: APPS), a leading independent mobile advertising solutions provider, has completed more than $1 billion in cross-border deals in 2021 through the acquisitions of Fyber, AdColony, and Triapodi (d/b/a Appreciate).

The Jackson Walker team is led by Austin partner Michael F. Meskill and includes attorneys from the Corporate & Securities, Tax, ERISA, and Intellectual Property groups across the Firm. The transactions spanned from Digital Turbine’s Austin headquarters to the Netherlands, Germany, Israel, and Norway.

AdColony is a leading mobile advertising platform servicing advertisers and publishers. AdColony’s proprietary video technologies and rich media formats are widely viewed as a best-in-class technology delivering third-party verified viewability rates for well-known global brands. Based in Israel, Appreciate is a programmatic mobile advertising DSP platform that delivers valuable deep ad-tech and algorithmic expertise.

Jackson Walker attorneys James M. McDonough and Arturo Cavazos also advised Digital Turbine on $500 million in credit facilities this year.
