Biography

Robert Neblett primarily practices in the litigation and the energy sections of the firm. He has more than thirty years of experience in general civil litigation and appeals.

He also has extensive commercial litigation experience. His primary areas of interest include general business litigation, condemnation, and construction litigation.

Mr. Neblett has tried cases all across the State of Texas. He is head of the litigation section in the firm's Austin office.

Organization Membership

He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Austin Bar Association, and the litigation sections of the State Bar of Texas and the Austin Bar Association. In addition, he is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.

Community Involvement

Mr. Neblett is on the board of directors of the Colorado River Foundation. In addition, he serves on the board of visitors for the McDonald Observatory, and he is a founding member of the Tributary League.
