S. Priya Coffey

Biography

S. Priya Coffey has experience in assisting clients with complex commercial real estate transactions, including the representation of buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of raw land, office buildings and retail centers, and the representation of landlords and tenants in commercial office building leases and retail leases. Ms. Coffey's experience extends to advising her clients on City of Houston ordinances and other governmental compliance related matters. For residential clients, Ms. Coffey represents both buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of high-end residential property, and represents homeowners in homeowner association, deed restriction and City of Houston related issues.

Organization Membership

Ms. Coffey is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association (HBA), the Indian-American Lawyers of Houston and the Commercial Real Estate Women — Houston (CREW). She is also a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, a Board Member for the HBA's Real Estate Law Section, and a Special Events Committee Member for CREW.

Community Involvement

Ms. Coffey is a member of the Young Patrons Circle of the Houston Grand Opera (HGO). Additionally, Ms. Coffey is a member of The Junior League of Houston, Inc. She also serves on the Zoning Board of Adjustment for City of West University Place, Texas and is on the Board of Directors of the Eye Care For Kids Foundation.
