Jackson Walker is proud to announce that senior counsel Lee B. Hunt has been appointed to the International Trademark Association (INTA) Rights of Publicity Committee for the 2026–2027 term. His appointment is effective from January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2027.

The Rights of Publicity Committee develops and advances INTA’s policy regarding the right of publicity across jurisdictions. In this capacity, the committee monitors developments in international treaties, case law, legislation, and implementation, and undertakes comprehensive analyses to inform policy direction. Its work includes drafting reports and submissions, engaging with right of publicity organizations, and conducting advocacy in collaboration with relevant INTA committees and staff.

Meet Lee
Lee B. Hunt focuses his practice on intellectual property, entertainment law, alcoholic beverage law, internal investigations, and general commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Lee has experience in a wide range of intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark clearance, protection, registration, licensing, anti-counterfeiting and enforcement, infringement actions, trademark cancellations, oppositions, and appeals before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in federal court. Additionally, Lee offers guidance on IP transactional and litigation issues related to domain names, publicity rights, branded entertainment, digital rights, marketing and advertising campaigns, and software.
