Recruiting Coordinator – Austin, TX

The Austin Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for overall coordination of the summer associate program, entry-level hiring and assistance with lateral associate recruitment for the Austin office. This includes, but is not limited to, working with the Recruiting Manager to coordinate the on-campus interviewing and call-back process for 1L and 2L recruitment, planning and executing the summer associate program and recruiting for lateral associates.

A Bachelor’s degree is required and 1-3 years of experience in recruiting for law firms is preferred. The candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and must be able to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced, professional services environment.
