Gateway to Texas
Austin is one of the fastest-growing cities in the United States and has experienced explosive growth during recent years. From technology to state government and higher education, Austin is where Texas’ diverse, interconnected entrepreneurial spirit shines brightest.
With more than 100 lawyers in Austin, we’ve grown into the city’s largest law firm and have a solid understanding of the things that matter most to clients, including real estate, private equity, technology, environmental, healthcare, wealth planning, and banking—to name a few.
“Jackson Walker is an absolute premier law firm that represents some of the most significant businesses, large and small, in our city – and in the nation. It’s also a deeply rooted fixture at the Texas Capitol and a stellar corporate citizen in our community.”
– Will Wynn, former Austin mayor
Perhaps it’s also because we do more than just represent clients. As longtime residents of the world’s Live Music Capital, we’re involved in the Central Texas community like few others. From business interests to cultural institutions, we know that supporting the place we live in is the best way to truly go local.
Our investment in Austin extends far beyond the business community. We are passionate about our city and, for generations, have been heavily involved as community leaders, serving on the boards of many outstanding civic and charitable organizations. Our legacy of community service focuses on helping make Austin a better place to live and work. We do this through donating our time, knowledge, and economic support to a wide variety of organizations, including:
