Jackson Walker partner David Schlottman will speak at the 36th Annual Labor and Employment Law Institute, presented by the Labor and Employment Law Section of the State Bar of Texas. The two-day CLE program will take place August 28-29, 2026, at the JW Marriott Hill Country Resort in San Antonio.
David’s presentation, “SpaceX & the Constitutionality of ALJ Proceedings,” will examine constitutional challenges involving administrative law judges and agency proceedings, a timely issue for labor and employment practitioners following recent litigation concerning the structure and authority of federal labor agencies.
The Annual Labor and Employment Law Institute brings together attorneys from across Texas for updates, practical guidance, and discussion of emerging issues affecting employers, employees, and labor organizations.
